Homogenization is a complicated procedure of technological processing raw materials, because the set of dry particles of unequal size and various density, usually caring electrostatic charge, acts against the homogenization of the blend. For this reason, before the beginning of the technological processing the raw materials, it is necessary to consider their properties as well as their predisposition to these undesirable effect, and to choose the appropriate type of grinding and granulation – wet granulation or dry granulation.

The unique technology used by our company is completely dust-free, using a container system that allows two- or multiple-stage homogenisation with an intermediate step of homogenisation by grinding and sieving. This technology is friendly to the homogenised mixture and prevents contamination, leakage of aromatic substances and ingress of undesired humidity. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKES PLACE IN A CLOSED SYSTEM.
