WET GRANULATION

The technology of wet granulation allows perfect agglomeration of particles of granulated materials, namely by adding liquid stage into the powder blend. In this way, a so called agglomerated granulate is created. This intermediate product is valued for its compressibility. Further, it is necessary to process it through the fluid-bed drying. Through the liquid phase enriched by effective substances, spraying on the powdery carrier can be carried out and thus dry and wet substances can be combined.
